For products purchased directly from us, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. For services, cancellation and refund terms are specified in your service agreement.

All return requests must be initiated within the specified return period. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.

  • Items must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached

  • Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless defective

Cost of Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.

If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning such items to arrange for return shipping.

Return Process

  3. Receive return authorization and instructions from our team
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization
  6. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund

Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized items (unless defective)
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
  • Perishable goods
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order before it has been shipped or services have begun. To cancel an order:

If an order has already been shipped or services have commenced, standard return procedures apply. Cancellation of custom orders may be subject to a cancellation fee if work has already begun.

Refund Procedure

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take 5-10 business days after we process the refund.

If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. If you paid by another method, we will refund using the same method when possible.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Original shipping fees will be deducted from refunds for returns not due to our error.
